Itinerary
⦁ Site opens for gate and entrant set up: 8:00 a.m.
⦁ Entrant Meeting: 9:00 a.m. Judge’s and Mentor’s Meeting: 9:30 a.m.
⦁ First Judging/Mentoring Session Begins: 10:00 a.m.
⦁ Sessions will continue through the lunch hour, and the last session will begin at 4:00 p.m. See note below regarding the “Groaning Board” for food.
⦁ Court: At Their Majesties pleasure
⦁ Site closes: 7:00 p.m. – all entrant displays must be removed by 6:45 p.m.
Entering and Judging
⦁ Tri-Level entries are critiqued by Novice, Intermediate or Advanced Criteria (entrant choice) by a panel of 2-3 subject matter experts.
⦁ Championship contenders must enter items in three separate categories. Championship entries are judged by a three-person panel using the Advanced Criteria. ⦁ This is NOT a “Sheep to Shawl” Competition⦁ . The ⦁ link describes the requirements for entering the competition.
Martial Activities
Weather and availability of martials permitting, there is ample open space at the site for both steel and rattan fighting to occur. We welcome volunteers to marshal fighting opportunities!
Food
A “Groaning Board” of Fantastic Forgotten Sea Food (we have a Food Baroness, after all!) will be available to everyone throughout the day in the Common Room. The cost of this is included with your Free Food, for everyone, whenever is convenient to you!

Adult Event Registration: $15.00
Adult Member Discount Registration: $10.00
Youth (6-17): $5.00 Child (5 and under): Free
Family Cap: $30.00 ($25.00 with Adult Member Discount)
Groaning Board Food: Did I mention “Included with your gate fee?”

COVID-19 Safety and Compliance
As this is an indoor site, masks will be required for all indoor activities. The Barony of Forgotten Sea complies with the Kingdom of Calontir’s COVID-SAFE policy at the time of the event. If this requires that every person entering the event sign a tracking sheet, provide proof of vaccination status/recent negative COVID antibody test, and a photo ID then that is what will be done.
At the time of this publication, which was the policy. N-95 or KN-95 masks were not being required at this time. However, COVID-19 and the necessary responses to this virus are ever changing. If the policy of the SCA, Inc. and/or the Kingdom of Calontir and/or the Barony of Forgotten Sea change at any time between the time of this publication and the time of the event, the Barony of Forgotten Sea and the event staff will follow the most up to date and event-relevant/site relevant policies that apply. Although the SCA complies with all applicable laws to try to ensure the health and safety of our event participants, we cannot eliminate the risk of exposure to infectious diseases during in-person events. By participating in the in-person events of the SCA, you acknowledge and accept the potential risks. You agree to take any additional steps to protect your own health and safety and those under your control as you believe to be necessary.
Antiharassment and Antibullying
The SCA prohibits harassment and bullying of all individuals and groups. Participants engaging in this behavior are subject to appropriate sanctions. If you are subjected to harassment, bullying, or retaliation, or if you become aware of anyone being harassed or bullied, contact a seneschal, an Advocate, President of the SCA, or your Kingdom’s Board Ombudsman.
