posted Jul 31, 2017, 6:11 AM by Forgotten Sea

Announcements:

  • Request from our practice site: We have been asked by the IBFCC staff to not prop open any of the facility doors. Due to security reasons all of the doors in the center remained locked from the outside except for the front doors. Anyone is welcomed to use the community center. They just need to access the center through the front doors.
  • Curia: As decided at last Curia, it will be moved up a week this month due to Pennsic. It will be this week. If anyone has topics they would like brought up at Curia, please email seneschal@bfs-kc.org.
  • Archery: No Loch Bheathrach/BFS practice this week.
  • Tor Pavilion: We are replacing all the poles for the Tor pavilion and making them all 1 foot shorter for transportability.
Poles will be stained a cedar hue.
We need to have this done and ready to put up at King’s Company of Archers on September 9.

Work day Sunday, August 6. Please do not arrive sooner than 10am.
8415 S. Corn Road, Oak Grove, MO 64075
  • Playing With Fire: Lord Brian is looking for volunteers to help with various tasks on the day of the event.
"I am seeking; a deputy to assist in coordinating,
a good gentle that has access to four or more FRS-GMRS type radios to loan for coordination purposes,
volunteers to assist in maintaining port-a-potty supplies,
