DEMO

Thank you so much to everyone who participated in the Boy Scout demo on Saturday.  It was a terrific success.  Extra special thanks go to Lady Helena who organized us and to Lord Logan who told the crowd what were were doing!

CROWN TOURNAMENT

Crown Tournament in Carlsby will soon be upon us.  The date is March 28 - that is the weekend after Gulf War, so don't wait until after the war to sign up to help.  Carlsby, our neighbors to the South, are running the event, but Forgotten Sea is gladly helping out as needed since their numbers are few and since they put in their bid when it was our turn (so that we didn't need to).

Help is needed with all of the usual tasks for an event: Set up, clean up, cooking and serving feast, working the gate (formerly known as "troll").  PLEASE VOLUNTEER just an hour or 2 to help make this event run smoothly.

For feast related activities contact HL Snow at Snowlyne@gmail.com  .  For all other activities, send offers of help to the Event Steward Sir Cai at Cai_Dubhglas@yahoo.com

COMMENTARY ON THE NEXT BARONAGE

Their Royal Majesties, Anton and Isabeau, are currently taking commentary from the Populace of Forgotten Sea on the two couples who have offered to become our next Baron and Baroness:

Ld Søren atte Raven and Ldy Rowan del Wich
and
Ld Niall Mac Broin and Ldy Aine nic Tailliuer

It is VERY important that you share your views with Their Majesties as They can not possibly know the candidates as well as we do.

Please send your comments on these fine candidates to Their Majesties at:
Falcon-Crown@calontir.org with a copy to the Kingdom Seneschal at:
Seneschal@calontir.org   Commentary will be accepted until midnight of April 10, 2015

CHIEFTAINS

This coming SaturdayFebruary 28, is Gathering of the Chieftains in the Barony of Three Rivers (St. Louis).  This is always a terrific event (this is its 25th year!), and you can find out more about it here: https://sites.google.com/site/calontirchieftains2015/
